Cryolipolysis
A Cryolipolysis treatment is especially suitable for improving body contours. It should not be seen as an alternative to losing weight, but is used to remove local fat deposits in problem areas like the belly, hips and thighs.
The treatment is suitable for both women and men.
Cryolipolysis is a safe and proven treatment to remove localized fat deposits by means of freezing them. With a cryolipolysis treatment (also called Cryo Lipo Slimming), you quickly deal with specific zones with excess fat: problem areas that you usually do not get rid of through exercise, healthy eating or other lifestyle changes.
How does cryolipolysis work?
A gel pad is first placed on the area to be treated. Then the Cryolipolysis device starts to vacuum the skin above the area of fatty tissue into a sort of applicator. Subsequently, the treatment heads are turned on and the temperature of the fat cell is brought down to about -9 degrees Celsius. Through this cooling, the fat cells break down and are removed by the body naturally.
With this treatment, the skin tissue is not damaged and only the fat is dealt with. The treatment lasts approximately 50 minutes per zone and is virtually painless. You can go back to work immediately after the treatment. It is a fast, safe treatment without injections or operations. Once the fat cells are removed, they will not return.
What results can I expect from a treatment?
After a treatment you can lose up to 5 cm per treated area with a reduction in fat cells of up to 30%. You will already see the initial results a month after the first treatment. The final results will be visible after three months. The same zone may be treated again within six weeks of the first treatment.
What is a zone?
Cryolipolysis can be used on various parts of the body such as the love handles, abdomen, back, thighs and upper arms: the zones. Usually two treatment heads are required per zone. This way both ‘love handles’, both sides of the hips, both arms or the inside of both legs can be treated at the same time.
In the case of the abdomen, we place a head both above and below the navel. This then counts as two zones. With an abdomen of considerable size, sometimes two treatment heads must be placed next to each other on the lower abdomen. This then counts as two zones. If in such a case the upper abdomen also needs to be treated, this is again an extra zone. When very little fat must be removed from the lower abdomen, only one head is placed, and this counts as one zone.
How many treatments do I need?
Most people are already satisfied with the result after one treatment. If you really want to go for the most perfect result, then you need two to three treatments.
Combine with LPG Endermologie!
Because Cryolipolysis is a very suitable method for reducing local fat deposits, it is great in combination with LPG Endermologie, which will improve the firmness and the structure of the skin in these areas. This is especially helpful in certain areas, such as the lower abdomen or upper arms, where the skin is slack.
What does a treatment cost?
Cryolipolysis 1 zone 1 head €99
1 zone with 2 heads €198
Most other providers are more expensive.
